A soundbath is an immersive listening experience where the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and vocal toning wash over your body, guiding your nervous system into deep relaxation.

And it invites your body to let go.

Optional light Quantum Healing may be woven in to release limiting beliefs or energetic patterns keeping you in cycles that no longer serve you. You don't need to understand it. You only need to be open to it.
